women

moral
issues.
In her
own
words
,
"There
has been
too
much
booze
,
too
many
pool
hall
disturbances
and
too
slack
an
administration
of the
law
here for the
public
good."
Alice
Kerr
was
active
in
church
and
civil
affairs.
